On November 6, 2019, the European Solvents Industry Group (ESIG), a sector group of the European Chemical Industry Council (Cefic), which aims to recognize outstanding achievements and innovations in the use of solvents, invited guests to Brussels for the festive presentation of the ESIG Solvents Award.
This was accepted by Gesche Weger, Managing Director at Packwise, and Sophia Becker, Key Accounter, representing Packwise GmbH. Both can be seen in the picture together with Marco Mensink, General Director at Cefic.
Packwise GmbH was named the winner due to its sustainable and future-oriented solution of the innovative „Smart IBC Industrial Container“, which helps to make the digitalisation of chemical transport more cost and resource efficient in the future.
Packwise GmbH is among the five finalists of the ESIG Solvents Award 2019, which is awarded by the European Solvents Industry Group (ESIG) and the European Chemical Industry Council (CEFIC).
