The aim of the new edition of the Solvents Award this year is to promote innovative and responsible best practice initiatives. Packwise was among the five finalists with its sustainable and future-oriented solution and was named the winner today.
The European Solvents Industry Group, ESIG, is a sector group of the European Chemical Industry Council (Cefic). Over the summer, the jury, consisting of representatives of the European institutions, the trade press and associations, selected Packwise as the winner from the five shortlisted candidates. The other four finalists are Anno Chemicals „Save the World – Save a Solvent“, Azelis „Happy Care“, Brenntag „ConnectingChemistry“ and Honeywell Aerospace Toulouse „improvement of lacnish removal process“.
