Hightech Venture Days (HTVD) – platform for startups, investors and corporates, aims to promote startups and their innovations by providing them with access to capital. As such, it is considered the leading deal-sourcing program in Europe for financing high-tech startups.
Since 2013, HighTech Startbahn has brought together selected European high-tech companies and international investors once a year in Dresden. For the investors‘ conference, which is the highlight of the program of the same name, 40 capital-seeking startups from six key technology sectors (mechanical & plant engineering, micro & nanoelectronics, ICT, environmental/energy technologies, materials, life sciences and transport & logistics) are selected in advance by a jury and prepared to meet 180 national and international investors such as business angels, venture capitalists and corporate VCs during a two-day matching conference and pitch their idea.
