Packwise presented itself on May 8, 2018 at the ChemCologne Cooperation Day with over 150 participants from the chemical industry, the Center for Entrepreneurship Düsseldorf (CEDUS) and the Düsseldorf Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IHK Düsseldorf) at the University House in Düsseldorf. Felix Weger, initiator and founder of Packwise, spoke about „Smart recycling management for industrial packaging“.
Afterwards, company representatives of the chemical industry introduced themselves in a reverse pitch session. They brought with them challenges, questions and problems, especially in the area of digital transformation. The goal was to stimulate new collaborations.
Packwise won 1st place on this day at the fully booked ChemCologne! The prize was awarded for the intelligent and sustainable approach to efficient recycling management. The jury consisted of representatives from the chemical industry and the Chamber of Commerce.
We would like to thank Packwise for a voucher which secures our participation in startupcon from September 18-19, 2018 in the LANXESS arena in Cologne with an exhibition stand.
