Over the last few months, Packwise has undergone a significant change in its server infrastructure and data transmission.
The aim was to achieve better efficiency and energy savings in the transmission of Packwise sensor data. The protocols and encryption methods used were brought up to the latest state of the art.
For our customers, the changeover was carried out silently and completely transparently. Through over-the-air updates of the device firmware, all Packwise smart caps now use the new infrastructure.
More economical transmission and savings in the necessary bandwidth improve our service in the long term.
